Schedule: 4 NOCs and 1 PM per week, every other week

Requirements: Current LPN license Previous experience in long-term care preferred

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide patient care and support under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. Assess and document patient conditions and changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient well-being. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
