Responsibilities Provide exceptional dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at every visit. Stay informed about the latest dental techniques and technologies, integrating them into our practice to enhance patient care. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and team members, promoting a culture of respect and support. Lead the clinical team to ensure duties are being carried out with effective time management. Assist dentists as needed with restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and facial esthetics. Utilize X‑Ray license to take radiographs such as full mouth series, bitewings, periapical images, panoramic images, and CBCTs when indicated. Use the iTero scanner for dental procedures and assessments when needed. Aid dental hygienists when indicated. Oversee office supply inventory. Phlebotomy training is an opportunity for the right candidate. Qualifications Experience in providing exceptional dental care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. Proven track record of fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and team members. Strong leadership skills to guide the clinical team in effective time management. Proficiency in assisting with restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and facial esthetics. Valid X‑Ray license with experience in taking various radiographs, including full mouth series and CBCTs. Competence in utilizing the iTero scanner for dental procedures and assessments when needed.
