Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2105.28/week - Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients, ensuring optimal outcomes through evidence-based practices. Supervises and collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver safe, timely, and compassionate care. Responsibilities: Assess and analyze patient condition to determine immediate care needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patient diagnosis and treatment goals. Coordinate care activities among multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient management. Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, discharge instructions, and health management. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Delegate appropriate tasks to clinical staff and supervise their execution to maintain quality standards. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Minimum of two years recent experience in emergency or acute care settings. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor. Advanced Certifications such as ACLS and PALS from AHA or ARC are required. Experience with EPIC electronic health record system preferred.
