Chief Operating Officer – School Services

Brooklyn, NY | Hybrid – 2 Days In-Office
$200,000–$275,000 DOE + Growth Potential

 

A growing education services organization is seeking a high-caliber COO to lead and scale its School Services division. The division currently serves thousands of students across 25+ schools and has significant plans for national expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's P&L, operations, and overall performance
• Lead Operations, Education, and Growth/Business Development
• Build scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure
• Drive growth, efficiency, technology adoption, and process improvement
• Lead and develop teams while creating strong accountability
• Oversee school relationships and ensure a strong customer experience
• Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, and other shared services
• Use data and KPIs to drive performance and decision-making

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership and operational experience
• Strong strategic and hands-on leadership style
• Experience building and scaling teams, systems, and processes
• Education industry experience strongly preferred
• B2B/customer success experience highly valued
• Tech-savvy, data-driven, process-oriented, and growth-minded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• EOS experience a plus
