Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer/Shipping/Receiving

The Warehouse Associate is an important team member at CDMA! You will contribute to our mission to distribute the best high-quality health, beauty, and wellness products and provide exceptional customer support.

Order Picking & Packing

• Accurately pick products according to daily orders, pick sheets, or verbal instructions.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and lot numbers before packing.
• Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transport.
• Label, stack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packages are clean and presentable.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy expectations.

Shipping & Receiving

• Assist with both receiving and shipping operations as needed.
• Unload, sort, and stage incoming product.
• Report damaged or short-dated merchandise promptly.
• Help maintain organized receiving and shipping areas.

Inventory Support

• Handle inventory in an organized, efficient manner.
• Assist with physical inventory count.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or inventory concerns.

Equipment Operation & Safety

• Keep a designated area of the warehouse clean and organized on a daily basis.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Follow established safety procedures, lifting techniques, and warehouse protocols.
• Promote teamwork and work respectfully with all CDMA team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical demands of job
• Ability to operate a pallet stacker (stock picker), forklift, pallet jack, hand truck and other equipment utilized in the warehouse
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions

Working conditions

• This job requires working in a warehouse setting.

Physical requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, and crawl
• Withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Hear clearly and verbalize articulately
