We're seeking a Director of Information Technology in Honolulu to lead IT operations and infrastructure across multiple sites for a construction company.

Impact

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hardware, software, and network systems across sites.
• Manage IT staff and vendors for high-quality service.
• Lead cybersecurity, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Set and enforce IT policies and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security rules.
• Manage the IT budget and resources.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Partner with business leaders on operational needs.

Must-Haves

• Ten or more years of IT management, including five in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of network, server, storage, and end-user systems.
• Experience leading IT teams and large infrastructure projects.
• Cybersecurity best practices and compliance experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in construction or field-based companies.
