Blue Collar Craftsman LLC is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support our remodeling and construction projects in Burgettstown, PA. The ideal candidate has some prior construction experience, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in completing quality work safely and efficiently. This full-time position offers pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects
- Perform general labor and job-site support duties
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks
- Safely use hand and power tools as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow project instructions and safety procedures
- Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Must be able to show up on time everyday
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Some prior construction experience required
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physically able to perform general construction and labor duties
