Job Description:

Senior AIML Engineer Role Overview The Senior AIML Engineer will design| build| and deploy advanced AI systems leveraging LLMs| RAG architectures| and agentic AI workflows.

This role requires deep Python expertise| strong NLP knowledge| and hands-on experience developing production-grade AI solutions in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AIML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks
• Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM systems
• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Integrate LLMs via enterprise APIs (Azure Open AI preferred)
• Develop and orchestrate agentic AI workflows with tool function calling
• Implement vector search solutions using vector databases
• Enable CICD integration and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
• Establish observability| monitoring| and evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production AI features

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG architectures
• Hands-on experience with prompt and context engineering
• Strong understanding of NLP and transformer-based models
• Experience with vector databases and or MongoDB
• Knowledge of CICD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
