Job Description:

Senior AIML Engineer Role Overview The Senior AIML Engineer will design, build, and deploy advanced AI systems leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI workflows.

This role requires deep Python expertise, strong NLP knowledge, and hands-on experience developing production-grade AI solutions in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AIML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks
• Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM systems
• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Integrate LLMs via enterprise APIs (Azure Open AI preferred)
• Develop and orchestrate agentic AI workflows with tool function calling
• Implement vector search solutions using vector databases
• Enable CICD integration and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
• Establish observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production AI features

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG architectures
• Hands-on experience with prompt and context engineering
• Strong understanding of NLP and transformer-based models
• Experience with vector databases and or MongoDB
• Knowledge of CICD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
