Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, gait training, wheelchair assessment, and ADL interventions preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630, Monday through Friday.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
• Candidates may be required to float to other facility units as needed.
