Are you passionate about engaging with people and sharing our great product? Monte's Sweet Sorrels is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Beverage Sampler to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with customers and have a knack for creating memorable experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing As a Beverage Sampler, your primary role will be to introduce customers to our brand and product a healthy Hibiscus tea creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized sampling station.
- Offering samples to customers while providing product information.
- Engaging with customers to answer questions and share your enthusiasm for the product.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the sampling area remains fully stocked.
- Following all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assisting with light lifting tasks (25-30 lbs) as needed.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- The ability to lift 25-30 lbs comfortably.
- A positive, approachable attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Being bilingual is a plus, as it helps us connect with our diverse community!
