Production Specialist

Guiding sellers through the auction process, the full-time remote Production Specialist will prepare auction listings, coordinate updates for accuracy, and provide exceptional customer support while managing a high-volume pipeline of listings. Key responsibilities Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos according to established standards Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, ensuring timely and professional communication Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings to meet daily production goals Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present detailed information clearly and accurately Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and professional communication style Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
