Dependable Team MemberWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.In this role, you will help ensure our properties remain clean, organized, and fully guest-ready while working closely with operations and guest experience teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and service-minded, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. This position is essential to keeping Brightwild properties operating smoothly and delivering the level of hospitality our guests expect.ResponsibilitiesPrepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedroomsRestock linens, guest amenities, and supplies to maintain property standardsInspect rooms for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs and report issues promptlyEnsure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-inMaintain organized supply areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping equipmentSupport laundry operations when needed (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens)Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner.Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily dutiesWork collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teamsRequirementsPrior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, or property management preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standardsAbility to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment with multiple properties or roomsComfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountabilityAbility to lift up to 40–50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periodsReliable transportation and ability to travel between properties when requiredAvailability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periodsStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teamsBasic comfort using mobile apps or messaging platforms for schedules, task lists, and communicationAbility to identify and report maintenance issues or property concerns proactivelyProfessional appearance and a guest-focused attitude when interacting with visitors or residentsAbility to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy while working in occupied propertiesSalary Description $17 - $20 an hour
