Compassionate Patient Care Assistant

Nursing Assistant 2W – FT D/N [Contract] Location: New York 14456 Pay: $736 – $840 Schedule: Full Time, 3x12s, day/night rotation; EOW and holidays required Additional: Must be willing to float to SSMH as needed Requirements: BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Health/Human Services preferred 1–2 years customer service and/or healthcare-related experience (Med/Surg, ED, ICU preferred) CNA candidates accepted Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic computer skills Ability to care for pediatric through geriatric patients Summary: Provides basic patient care including ADLs, vital signs, mobility, and hygiene Assists with feeding, nutrition, and hourly rounding Performs patient repositioning, skin care, and safety measures Observes, reports, and documents changes in patient condition Supports transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices per care plan Works collaboratively with the care team to maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
