Quality Control Inspector

Summary Mack Hils Metal Fabrication’s Quality Control Inspector is someone that performs inspections, spot checks, and keeps records of all inspections. Essential Functions Check parts with Faro Arm (CMM Machine), tape measure, calipers & height gauge. Perform daily spot checks on the production floor. Accurately document the result of inspections. Record all rejections from in house production and maintain records. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible Corrective Action & Preventive Action. Implement inspection procedures. Complete PPAP & IMDS and maintain records. Must have good English written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Assist with maintenance of the Inspection tool calibration records. Required Qualifications To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
