Primary Responsibilities Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing Occupational Therapy, in accordance with care plans, using evidence‑based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the health care team. Evaluate the patient’s functional status and occupational therapy needs, consult with the physician to develop the therapy plan of care. Observe, record, and report the patient’s response to treatment and changes to the patient’s condition to the nurse supervisor and physician. Conduct patient assessments by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. Required Qualifications Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Washington. Current CPR certification. Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation. Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Compensation Pay Range: $84,442 – $126,664 annually. Compensation includes earnings from per‑visit point pay, hourly pay, and potential productivity bonuses based on performance. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase plan, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
