Senior Business Litigation Paralegal
Coral Gables, FL | Full-Time | In-Office

Are you a seasoned litigation paralegal who operates at a high level, takes ownership of cases, and thrives in a fast-paced trial environment?

Annesser Armenteros, a growing business litigation firm, is seeking an exceptional Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We represent clients in complex business, construction, and real estate disputes, and we’re looking for someone who can step in, take control of their caseload, and help drive matters forward with precision and confidence.

This is not a traditional support role. You will work directly with trial attorneys, playing a key role in case strategy, execution, and trial preparation from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a complex caseload from pre-suit through trial and post-trial
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Lead all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, and production
• Prepare attorneys for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial
• Organize exhibits, witness materials, trial binders, and courtroom logistics
• Maintain litigation calendars and ensure strict compliance with deadlines
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and vendors
• Maintain highly organized electronic and physical case files
• Anticipate needs, problem-solve, and proactively keep cases moving forward

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (business litigation preferred)
• Strong command of Florida state and federal court procedures, including e-filing
• Proven experience managing cases through the full litigation lifecycle
• Deep understanding of discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Clio or similar systems is a plus
