This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!Schedule: Part-time opportunity, must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including some weekend hours. Shifts options include 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:30pm-8:00pm, and 12:00pm-8:00pmSalary: Starting at $18.50/hourPerks of Working at Clarendale Six Corners:401k plan with employer matchDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (full-time employees)Daily PayFree Employee ParkingDiscounted MealsTuition Reimbursement ProgramHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:Provide ongoing telephone coverage.Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of deliveryPrepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staffAssist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite productsMust demonstrate excellent telephone communication skillsThe Community embraces a culture of hospitality.
