Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year

This company operates a high?volume distribution center with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and efficient order fulfillment. This is a leadership role responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring smooth shift operations, and maintaining productivity standards. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all 2nd shift warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and inventory flow
- Supervise, coach, and support warehouse associates to maintain productivity and accuracy
- Ensure all orders are processed and loaded correctly and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Coordinate with day?shift leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and workflow continuity
- Monitor performance, address issues, and provide corrective action when necessary
- Assist with staffing needs, scheduling, and shift planning
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor in a distribution, consumer goods, or industrial environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast?paced, high?volume warehouse
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and productivity metrics
- Comfortable working a 4 PM-1 AM shift
- Reliable, organized, and able to make decisions independently
