FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Front of House Lead Supervisor position. Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Location: Toyota - 4857 Dogwood Lane, Liberty, NC 27298. Full time schedule: Sunday – Saturday, hours may vary. Schedule details to be discussed during interview. Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have supervisory experience in food services, retail ordering and inventory practices. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
