Centers Health Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to support optimal patient outcomes. You’ll document care accurately, educate patients and families, and uphold all clinical and safety standards.
