In this role, youll:/pulliPerform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance/liliComplete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks/liliCoordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projects/liliMaintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management software/liliRespond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation/li/ulpWhat You Bring/pulliExperience in general maintenance and repair/liliKnowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC (preferred but not required)/liliStrong communication skills and professional demeanor/liliSelf-starter with reliability and strong time-management/liliValid drivers license and ability to pass a background check/liliPhysical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied conditions/li/ul/div
