This role will focus on modernizing quality and compliance systems through advanced SharePoint development, workflow automation, custom application development, and business intelligence solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business process improvement skills and can partner effectively with quality, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including custom sites, workflows, forms, and SPFx componentsDevelop and enhance workflow automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and Microsoft 365 technologiesAnalyze existing business processes and redesign workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen complianceBuild dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI and TableauCreate user-friendly internal applications following UX/UI best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsSupport data-driven decision making through reporting, analytics, and root cause analysisDevelop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materialsLead user onboarding, training, and change management activitiesEnsure digital solutions align with regulatory, quality, and operational requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across quality and operational functions
