• Schedule: Starting Fall 2026, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; full-time onsite coverage
• Job Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic, Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model
• Types of Cases: Preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, geriatric care, mental health concerns, ambulatory medicine
• Credentialing: VA VetPro credentialing and privileging required

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS
• Licensure: Active unrestricted license in any U.S. state
