Our highly regarded law firm client is seeking an associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice in Dallas. This role is a strong fit for an attorney with experience or interest in executive compensation, equity and incentive compensation, and ERISA-related matters. Role Overview The associate will support a mix of transactional and advisory work, with a primary focus on executive compensation and incentive compensation matters. The role may also include ERISA-related work, depending on the needs of the practice.
