Job Summary Strand is looking for a highly motivated and innovative Associate Scientist I/II of Analytical Operations. This role will support day‑to‑day analytical operations as part of a small, productive team in a matrix‑based environment. Primary Responsibilities Analyze internally and externally submitted samples using various analytical methods (cell‑based assays, ELISAs, PCR, LC‑MS, etc.). Use statistical tools to analyze data and independently draw conclusions. Support screening, optimization, and scale‑up efforts in mRNA and LNP Process Development. Qualifications B.S. with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience or M.S. with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience; preference for degrees in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or similar. Working experience in analytical development operations related to biologics. Prior experience with LNPs containing nucleic acid payloads. Experience with analytical methods such as cell‑based assays, ELISA, RT‑PCR and/or LC‑MS. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize to meet important deadlines.
