As a **Housing Case Manager**, you'll play a vital role in supporting people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity through a Housing First, harm reduction, and low-barrier service approach.In this role, you'll work closely with community partners, landlords, and local service providers to connect individuals and families with housing opportunities, essential resources, and ongoing support.
