Job Description The Graphic Design Specialist will work within our design templates as well as assist in creating new designs that align with our brand's objectives and strategies. This hybrid role combines the creative aspects of graphic design with the strategic elements of marketing to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities Design and Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website content, brochures, and advertisements. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms. Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including market research, strategy development, and performance analysis. Digital Marketing: Create and optimize visual content for digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website banners. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications 2-4 years of graphic design experience required. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, CRM) is a plus. Portfolio showcasing a range of design and marketing projects.
