Responsibilities Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning. Manage caseloads and provide group and individual counseling. Perform crisis management and coordinate care with other providers. Prepare intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Deliver therapeutic interventions and maintain thorough clinical documentation. Qualifications Master's degree (e.g., MA, MC, MSW) in a behavioral health field and an Arizona license or eligibility for an Arizona license. Experience practicing under one of the following licenses (preferred): Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) Licensed Associate Addiction Counselor (LAAC) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and EHRs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming the role. Valid Arizona driver’s license; must be at least 22 years old with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and meet Terros Health’s driving policy. Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply within 7 working days of employment. Must pass a TB test.
