Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm

Pine Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a premier provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Transport Aide / Patient Transporter to join our team in Philmont, New York . As a Transport Aide / Patient Transporter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation and care of our patients.
Transport Aide / Patient Transporter Responsibilities:
• Safely transport patients to and from various areas of the facility, including patient rooms, therapy areas, and other designated locations
• Provide exceptional patient care and support, addressing any needs or concerns during transportation
• Utilize proper lifting and transfer techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in orientation and training programs to stay up-to-date on facility policies and procedures
Transport Aide / Patient Transporter Requirements:
• Must be proficient in the English language
• Must be able to push a wheelchair safely
