These positions involve performing structural repairs, modifications, sheet metal work, and inspections on a variety of aircraft platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for technicians looking for long-term work, competitive compensation, and the chance to support exciting aviation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform aircraft structural repairs and modificationsComplete sheet metal work, riveting, and component installationsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical manualsTroubleshoot and repair structural discrepanciesPerform inspections and ensure work meets quality standardsDocument maintenance and repair activities accuratelyFollow all applicable safety, regulatory, and customer requirementsEssential SkillsMinimum 2+ years of aircraft structures experienceExperience with sheet metal repairs, riveting, and structural modificationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentationFamiliarity with aircraft repair and maintenance proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipPreferred Qualifications4+ years of aircraft structures experienceMilitary or commercial aircraft experienceExperience in an MRO, manufacturing, depot, or modification environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOwn tools preferred for certain assignmentsWork EnvironmentPositions are available in both hangar and production environments supporting military and commercial aircraft programs.
