Accounting Specialist

Duties We are seeking a Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Process invoices, payments, deposits, and account reconciliations Prepare and maintain depreciation schedules and tables Assist with monthly and year-end accounting activities Prepare and file sales tax reports Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, spreadsheets, and financial tracking Assist with account reconciliations and identifying discrepancies Support general accounting and administrative functions as needed Assist with various HR-related responsibilities, including employee records, onboarding, payroll support, and other HR administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality when handling financial and employee information Job Description Job Summary: Duties We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.
