Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a SAFe Project Manager to support Agile delivery within a scaled enterprise environment. This role will facilitate program increment (PI) planning, guide Agile teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment across the Agile Release Train (ART). Key Responsibilities Facilitate PI Planning and support backlog readiness, ensuring clear and actionable team objectives Coach Agile teams on SAFe and Lean‑Agile principles, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and flow Collaborate across teams within the ART, participating in Scrum of Scrums to support program alignment Foster a transparent, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role within a scaled or enterprise environment Strong understanding of SAFe framework, including PI Planning and ART coordination SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) a plus any SAFe certification Experience with Agile/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, or similar) Background in software development or IT environments preferred Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field Key Skills Agile facilitation and team coaching Strong problem‑solving and impediment resolution Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to drive alignment and execution across cross‑functional teams Equal Opportunity Employer Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian DISYS
