Kelly Nissan of Route 33 is hiring a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with strong BDC / internet sales experience who is ready to take the next step into dealership leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands lead management, customer communication, appointment setting, and showroom traffic generation — and wants to build a long-term career in automotive management.
We want someone who can bring energy, urgency, accountability, and strong customer engagement to both our internet and showroom sales process.
Responsibilities
- Manage internet leads and customer follow-up
- Help drive showroom traffic and appointment performance
- Work directly with customers in-store and online
- Assist sales consultants throughout the sales process
- Monitor CRM activity and lead response times
- Help improve closing percentages and customer experience
- Support desk management and deal flow
- Coach sales staff on follow-up, communication, and process
Requirements
- Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or sales management experience
- Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
- Leadership mentality with strong organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- CRM experience preferred (VinSolutions experience is a plus)
- Motivated, competitive, and career-driven
