Manufacturing Engineer Tech IIIWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Position Overview: Under direction of Manufacturing Engineer Manager, performs and focus on complex diagnostics and multi-system troubleshooting. A Mfg. Engineer Tech III will be involved in complex, independent problem-solving and contributing to process improvement. Including various functions from setup of grinding equipment and assist in ordering of tooling necessary for the grinding operation. Will mentor newer technicians. Position may require some supervision coverage.Job Description (Key Responsibilities):Assigns work to appropriate S&O operator, and Operator B personnel, and instructs them as to proper procedures and gaging methods to be followed.Assist in setups and troubleshooting on grinding equipment (understand grind wheel capabilities, speeds and feeds) Providing second ok and review job to be compliant with production routing and/or print requirements.Takes on complex diagnostics and multi-system troubleshooting, solving harder, non-routine problems independently.
