Senior Operations Manager - Specimen Processing

Cielo has been retained on behalf of Quest Diagnostics to identify an experienced operations leader to oversee a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. We're looking for someone who can drive consistency across every shift, ensuring results are received, sorted, and allocated accurately and on time. The ideal candidate brings a strong focus on quality and process improvement and knows how to develop and lead a tenured team, building on their experience while raising the bar. This is a regional role based in the Tucker, GA lab and may require up to 25% regional travel Job Description This position sits within a demanding, metric-driven operation where daily decision-making directly impacts throughput and service levels. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing competing priorities, leading large teams through change, and partnering closely with support functions to keep systems running smoothly.
