Marketing Manager

Build the marketing engine behind software that serves the church.

As Marketing Manager, you'll lead our marketing efforts and serve as the voice of the department, reporting directly to the COO. You'll shape our strategy, build the systems and processes to execute it, and own the growth marketing work, all while guiding a team with strong creative capabilities already in place.

At EasyWorship, we build tools that help churches serve their congregations with confidence and ease. We're an established company (25+ years, profitable) at a genuine growth inflection point, with new product lines, a growing user base, and international expansion on the horizon.

What You'll Do

Lead marketing strategy, planning, and analytics

• Develop and own a comprehensive marketing strategy

• Own our marketing analytics infrastructure, building reporting frameworks and using data to drive strategic decisions

• Guide a cross-functional team of designers, writers, and channel specialists

• Partner with product leadership on go-to-market plans for new launches

Drive growth channel strategy and execution

• Evaluate our current channel mix and direct where we should invest

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across email, paid search, social, and organic content

• Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels and conversion paths

• Serve as the strategic lead for our marketing website

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of marketing experience: Track record of both strategic ownership and execution

• Hands-on analytics ownership: Experience building reporting frameworks and using data to drive decisions

• Growth channel expertise: Experience across paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization

• Strategic range: Equally comfortable setting a marketing plan and getting into the weeds of campaign performance

• Team leadership and project management: Capable of guiding team members and keeping marketing initiatives moving

• Builder's mindset: Energized by building structure, not frustrated by its absence

• Bonus Qualification: Experience with or passion for church, faith-based, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations

Benefits: $70,000-$95,000 salary, health/dental/vision, 401(k), generous PTO, WFH Fridays

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma — primarily in-office Monday–Thursday
