This position will primarily be remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still offering essential outpatient office settings for necessary in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in compliance with best practices.
  • \n
  • Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs, establishing collaborative and goal-oriented treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to facilitate healing and growth.

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation aligned with state regulations and agency requirements to support client care and organization's operational needs.

  • Participating actively in weekly case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment strategies.
  • \n
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities and training provided by the clinic to continually enhance your clinical skills and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. Your ability to deliver culturally competent care will be essential in creating safe and effective therapeutic environments where clients feel understood and valued.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Valid LMFT license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire.

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from a recognized and accredited program.
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating effective communication and engagement with clients and staff.
  • \n
  • A commitment to ethical practice and sound clinical judgment.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required, preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package including:
