Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for driving regional sales growth through channel partner management, new partner development, account planning, and sales pipeline management. Key Responsibilities: Achieve regional sales and revenue targets. Manage and develop channel/distributor relationships. Recruit and onboard new partners. Provide product, pricing, and technical support. Manage customer interactions and sales pipeline in HubSpot. Monitor market and competitor activity. Attend trade shows and industry events. Requirements 7+ years of outside sales experience. Experience preferably in pumps, manufacturing, or distributor management. Knowledge of electrical submersible pumps. Knowledge of mechanical/electrical manufacturing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Voktio
