Personal Injury Case Manager

To support a growing personal injury law practice, the full-time Personal Injury Intake Case Manager will independently manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through medical treatment and demand readiness while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for injured clients, managing an active pre-litigation caseload Coordinate medical treatment, monitor client progress, and communicate with insurance adjusters regarding property damage Ensure efficient case progression by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting productivity expectations Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience Experience independently managing pre-litigation cases from intake through treatment Proficient in coordinating medical treatment and communicating with insurance adjusters Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a KPI-driven environment Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
