Hiring Production Operators

We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. Location: Casper, Wyoming

Pay: $18/hr

Shifts: 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule

• 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery

• Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specifications

• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment

• Maintain accurate production and quality records

• Assist with line changeovers and setup

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotation (including every other weekend)

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
