Ampersand Therapy is excited to be searching for compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a wonderful local school district for the 2026-2027 School Year! We're currently conducting interviews, and we'd love to connect with dedicated professionals like you. Let's work together to create a positive impact in students' lives!

Position Details:

• Full Time - for 2026-2027 School Year
• 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday schedule

What You'll Do:

• Provide evaluations and treatments for schools
• Complete portions of IEPs/documentation
• Collaborate with school Special Education team

What We're Looking For:

• Initial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy
• License by the NC Board of Occupational Therapy
