Financial Customer Service Professional - SLC

Responsibilities Responsible for answering incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third‑party plan specialists. What you will do Work in collaboration with a team of associates and launch your financial services career in our call centre. New to the industry? No problem. Develop a solid foundation through our paid associate training program and receive continuous coaching for your role and career trajectory. BRGs are open to all. Base Salary Range $37,800.00 – $51,975.00. The salary range shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Location and Remote Work This is a remote position. Candidates must be within commuting distance of SaltLakeCity and able to meet in person 4‑6 times per year. For remote and hybrid positions you must provide reliable high‑speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home work environment. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL. Other necessary computer equipment will be provided. You may be required to work in the office if your home environment and internet connection are inadequate.
