Plant Accounting AssistantJoin Our TeamConestoga Energy Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Plant Accounting Assistant to support the daily accounting, purchasing, administrative, and human resources functions at our facility.This role serves as a key connection between plant operations and the corporate office, helping ensure invoices, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and shipment records are processed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with numbers and documentation, and have a strong commitment to accuracy and customer service.What You'll DoProcess vendor invoices, purchase orders, and accounts payable transactionsMaintain accurate purchasing, receiving, and inventory recordsSupport rail and truck ethanol load-out documentation and billing activitiesAssist with month-end accounting and reporting functionsCoordinate administrative activities, filing, correspondence, and office supportSupport onboarding, training documentation, and other HR-related activitiesPartner with plant leadership and the corporate accounting team to ensure timely and accurate recordkeepingWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAdministrative, accounting, bookkeeping, or office support experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and WordExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environmentPreferred ExperienceAccounts payable or purchasing experienceExperience with accounting or ERP systemsManufacturing, agricultural, ethanol, or industrial experienceInventory control or logistics documentation experienceWhy Conestoga?At Conestoga Energy Partners, you'll be part of a team dedicated to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
