Position Details Facility: Bemidji Medical Center Location: Bemidji, MN Address: 1300 Anne St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, USA Shift: 12 Hours – Night Shifts Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: 2920 – 3664 Department: Experienced RNs join the Solutions By Sanford team Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. The RN cares for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up. The RN is responsible for planning and coordinating care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions, functioning within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in applicable laws and standards of practice. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred; graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, or NLN CNEA. Unencumbered RN license with the state board of nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. At least one year of RN experience. At least six months of travel nursing experience. Lives at least 60 miles from the assigned location. Obtains and maintains required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
