Senior Manager, Community Outreach & EngagementLocation: Norwalk, CT (Hybrid) or RemoteJoin my client, a mission-driven organization transforming outcomes for patients impacted by multiple myeloma. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships, engage directly with patients and caregivers, and develop innovative programs that expand access, awareness, and support for underserved communities. - Lead initiatives focused on health equity and community engagement
- Build partnerships with healthcare organizations, academic centers, and community groups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across programs, marketing, and patient engagementWhat You'll Be Doing• Develop and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups
- Execute community outreach and engagement strategies that expand awareness and participation
- Manage engagement programs, vendor relationships, budgets, and operational activities
- Support planning and execution of patient-focused events, including a national summit
- Analyze program performance and recommend improvements based on engagement data
- Collaborate with marketing to develop patient and community-facing educational materials
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and community events nationwideAbout You
- Bachelor’s degree in a health, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of project management and partnership development experience
- Experience working directly with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, or community organizations
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
