Job Description A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property/Patent Litigation Attorney to join its sophisticated litigation practice. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to work on complex intellectual property disputes and represent sophisticated business clients in high-stakes matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active CA bar 4+ years of experience handling IP and/or patent litigation matters Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong academic credentials preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
