Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Start Time: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Projected Start: 06/24/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an Oncology/Women's Surgical unit with a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5
• Perform and assist with unit procedures including occasional pelvic exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, CNAs, and HUCs across day shift operations
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Float to other med-surg units as needed (infrequent)
• Work 6 weekend days per schedule with rare on-call requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency with standard unit equipment and clinical protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Chemotherapy certification
• Prior oncology nursing experience
• Experience with Cerner EMR
