Brief Description of Duties: · Daily accurate processing of customer transactions - deposits, withdrawals, payments, negotiable instruments, bond redemption, transfers etc. · Process daily night drop and mail deposits · Balance cash drawer-keep below limit · Balance vault · Balance and replenish ATM · Handle and process foreign items · Assist in answering telephones · Assist in Safe Deposit area · File new and closed signature cards · Inform/assist customers with debit cards, online banking, lost/stolen bank cards and account maintenance. · Respond to client questions or concerns in a friendly and helpful manner; research issues and escalate if necessary · Scan signature cards, customer identification documents, other filing as necessary. · All other duties as assigned
