Position Overview

In this role, you will support machine operators and assist with production processes throughout the shift to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow job instructions to complete tasks accurately
• Prepare and position materials (master rolls) for production
• Set up machine shafts for production runs
• Start and stop machinery as needed
• Remove finished product from machines
• Properly stack, label, and organize completed rolls
• Measure and cut cores accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (machines, tools, workspace)
• Follow all company safety guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to read a ruler and measuring tape
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials consistently
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
