Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, assessing their mental health needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and caregivers. \n
- Implement treatment strategies that may include crisis counseling, psychotherapy sessions, and group therapy, focused on behavioral health and substance abuse issues. \n
- Continually monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet evolving client needs. \n
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families to effectively address a wide range of behavioral challenges. \n
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on care strategies to enhance patient outcomes. \n
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans according to organizational policies and healthcare standards to maintain compliance and quality of care. \n
- Utilize tools like telehealth software for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for clients. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in behavioral health. \n
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Path to Wellness, you will be working with a diverse clientele suffering from various mental health and behavioral health issues. Your caseload may involve individuals facing acute mental health illnesses, substance use disorders, trauma-related challenges, and more. Our holistic approach places the client at the center of treatment, requiring sensitivity to their unique circumstances and needs.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid social work license in the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) is required. \n
- A master’s degree in social work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education is necessary. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess patient needs and craft appropriate care plans. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Commitment to adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards inherent in the practice of social work. \n

The expected salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
